Caerphilly Castle, with its magnificent moat and impressive fourteenth century Great Hall is a perfect venue for a romantic civil wedding or civil partnership ceremony. The Great Hall at Caerphilly Castle is available for both the civil ceremony and the reception and/or evening event, but not solely for the ceremony. The function can take place either during the afternoon or in the afternoon and evening, but the ceremony can take place only between 12 noon and 6pm. The Great Hall may also be booked for evening functions, such as parties, dinners and dances, and company events.
