Spicy pear


A little recipe given to me by my good friend James Amos, which we have tweaked and adjusted over the years. It still has the great original taste and spice and goes perfectly with our chicken liver parfait



INGREDIENTS: Pears(40%), tomatoes, apples, onion, sugar, sultanas, distilled vinegar, orange zest, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, ginger, turmeric, agar agar.

Store in a cool dark place. Once opened store in a refrigerator and use within 8 weeks
