Capital Cuisine and its associated businesses are committed to an equal opportunities approach to employment, to training new staff and developing existing staff to maximise their potential.

We are always looking for casual waiting, bar and kitchen staff, particularly from April/May onwards for our busy schedule of festivals and events such as The Hay on Wye Literary Festival, Royal Welsh Show and the National Eisteddfod to name just three. We are constantly looking for casual waiting and kitchen staff for our other events throughout the year such as our many weddings, dinners and other occasions

 

Current Event Vacancies

• Hay on Wye Literary Festival – 23rd May – 3rd June (waiting/kitchen staff required)
• Royal Welsh Show – 21st  – 26th July (waiting/kitchen staff required)
• National Eisteddfod 1st Aug– 11th August (waiting/kitchen staff required – waiting staff must be Welsh speaking)
