Hot Buffets

Hot fork buffets are a great way of serving hot food to lots of guests in a short space of time, again high quality ingredients prepared into great tasting dishes your guests will love.
Many guest remark on the restaurant style quality dishes that appear on the hot buffet selection.Served with a choice of salads, hot new potatoes and crusty bread, two choices of main dish are usually sufficient, with an optional vegetarian dish to compliment the choice. Add in a plated starter which can be on the table for a wedding or other formal event and finally a plated dessert or dessert buffet to finish off the complete experience.
